I work with people who feel ready to make a change – even if you are not yet sure what that change looks like. Whether you are carrying old trauma, navigating a life transition, living with anxiety or chronic pain, or feeling disconnected from yourself, our work together helps you come home to who you truly are.
Every session is bespoke. I integrate tools such as IEMT, NLP, Parts Therapy, Mindfulness, Breathwork and OldPain2Go to create a gentle but powerful process of transformation that fits your needs and pace.
Who I Help
- Life transition – empty nest – The kids have left home and it finally feels like time to focus on you.
- People living with pain – physical pain, emotional pain, or both, especially when you feel you have already tried everything.
- ME and Fibromyalgia – compassionate, holistic support that complements medical care and helps you regulate your nervous system and release emotional load.
- Those weighed down by the past – stuck in patterns, memories, or emotions that keep resurfacing.
- Stress, anxiety and burnout – practical tools to feel grounded, balanced and more resilient.
You do not need perfect words for what you are experiencing. You only need a willingness to explore change.
IEMT – Integral Eye Movement Therapy
IEMT is a powerful and effective therapeutic approach that helps people release unwanted emotional patterns, anxiety, trauma, and limiting beliefs. By using guided eye movements, IEMT works with the brain’s natural processes to bring about rapid change, often helping individuals feel lighter and more in control of their emotions.
Unlike traditional talk therapy, IEMT focuses on shifting how problematic memories and feelings are stored, allowing you to break free from past emotional burdens without needing to relive them in detail. If you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed, IEMT offers a gentle yet transformative way to regain emotional balance and move forward with confidence.
IEMT may help with:
- Anxiety, panic and emotional overwhelm
- Trauma memories and emotional triggers
- Guilt, shame and grief
- Confidence and self worth blocks
- Long standing negative self talk and inner criticism
For people with ME or Fibromyalgia, IEMT can help reduce emotional charge around symptoms and past experiences, supporting calmer nervous system responses. This work is supportive and complementary – it does not replace medical guidance.
Other Modalities I May Use
- NLP – Neuro Linguistic Programming – shift deep-seated thought and behaviour patterns and rewrite unhelpful inner dialogue.
- Parts Therapy – harmonise the different inner voices, reduce conflict, and build self trust.
- Mindfulness Coaching – practical tools for presence, calm and emotional regulation in daily life.
- Breathwork – settle the nervous system, reconnect with your body and create space for change.
- OldPain2Go® – a structured approach to help the body release pain that has outlived its purpose.
You may not need all of these – and that is the point. We will use the most useful methods for your goals, your pace and your lived experience.
What To Expect
- Discovery Call – a free 20 minute conversation to understand what you are experiencing and what you would like to change.
- Bespoke plan – typically a block of 4 to 6 sessions to begin with, followed by review.
- How we meet – online or in person in Cornwall.
- Style – gentle, collaborative and practical. Many clients notice positive shifts within a few sessions.
